ABOUT SEMPRE NATURALIS
Sempre Naturalis is a holistic wellness and apothecary business located in Idaho. Our website may offer handcrafted teas, botanical body-care products, ritual goods, wellness products, educational content, services, and other related offerings.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old or have the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase through this website.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, ingredients, colors, sizes, photographs, pricing, and availability accurately. Because many Sempre Naturalis products are handcrafted and contain natural ingredients, minor differences in color, scent, texture, appearance, weight, or botanical composition may occur.

PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY
Products must be used only as directed and for their intended purpose. Customers are responsible for reading and following product labels, brewing directions, storage instructions, usage guidance, warnings, and age restrictions.
Topical and aromatic products are for external use only unless expressly identified otherwise. Keep products out of reach of children and pets. Do not ingest products that are not specifically labeled for internal use.

ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

• Pricing or listing errors
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
• Shipping or fulfillment limitations
• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Orders that appear intended for unauthorized resale
If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, product availability, and discount offers may change without notice.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are calculated or displayed during checkout.
Payments are processed through Squarespace and its supported third-party payment processors. Sempre Naturalis does not directly store complete credit or debit card numbers.
SHIPPING AND PROCESSING
Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days. This is a processing estimate and does not include carrier transit time, weekends, holidays, severe weather, supply delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Sempre Naturalis is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address submitted by the customer.
Shipping charges and available delivery methods are displayed during checkout. Please review our separate Shipping & Returns Policy for additional information.
LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup may be available for eligible orders when offered during checkout. Customers must wait until they receive confirmation that their order is ready before arriving for pickup.
Pickup instructions, location details, and available times will be provided with the order confirmation or readiness notice. Orders will not be released before they are ready.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please carefully review product descriptions, ingredients, sizes, usage information, and order details before completing your purchase.
If an order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, contact Sempre Naturalis promptly at sales@semprenaturalis.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging when applicable.
Reporting an issue does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement. Each eligible damage or fulfillment claim will be reviewed based on the circumstances.
CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER CHANGES
Because products may be made or prepared specifically for an order, cancellations and changes are not guaranteed after an order has been placed.
Contact sales@semprenaturalis.com as soon as possible if you need to request a correction. If production, preparation, packing, or fulfillment has already begun, we may be unable to change or cancel the order.
SERVICES, PROGRAMS, AND EDUCATIONAL CONTENT
Any coaching, fitness, wellness, travel-planning, workshops, consultations, digital materials, or educational services offered through Sempre Naturalis may be subject to additional terms, informed-consent documents, intake requirements, payment terms, cancellation policies, or agreements.
Where separate service terms are provided, those terms apply in addition to these website Terms & Conditions. If there is a direct conflict, the service-specific agreement governs that service.
Educational and fitness content does not replace individualized medical care. Participation in physical activity involves inherent risks. Customers and participants are responsible for selecting activities appropriate for their abilities and obtaining medical clearance when needed.
RITUAL AND SPIRITUAL CONTENT
